UK Music are looking for a new Chair of the UK Music Diversity Taskforce. The Taskforce is a collective voice for diversity champions across the industry from major corporations to HRs and recruiters.
Since 2016, the Diversity Taskforce has carried out a pan-industry workforce diversity survey.
UK Music has committed to publishing the survey results every other year and work with industry to put initiatives in place to create significant and lasting change where needed.
UK Music published a report on the 2018 diversity survey results.
The Role
– To work with UK Music’s Head of Diversity to help drive change to ensure the UK music industry is as inclusive as possible.
– To Chair three Taskforce meetings a year in the delivery of the publication of the Diversity Survey.
– To attend up to six UK Music Board meetings per year as Taskforce representative.
It would be for the new Chair to shape additional work they would want to carry out in this role.
