We are opening our inboxes, phone lines and office doors in search of an Executive Assistant to join our fast expanding world of brand sound.
Based at our sound fuelled London HQ, you will help fuel the day-to-day running of the DLMDD office and provide support to the production and branding teams on live projects.
About you
You’re Garfunkel to Paul Simon and the Supremes to Diana Ross.
You’re spinning plates in your sleep – organisation is second nature to you.
You’re a proper music and sound lover.
You know brands inside and out and have a genuine interest in advertising.
You’re ready to take the first steps into your career journey in music, sound and branding.
The role
- Support the company directors with the day-to-day running of the DLMDD office
- Provide research assistance to the Head of New Business + Partnerships
- Support the Production + Branding teams with the delivery of active productions
- Assist the Production Director with the contracting of creative talent
- Support the organisation of key company team events throughout the year
- Deliver and register works and copyrights with relevant publishers
- Support the integration and rollout of DLMDD Ignite – the agency’s new audience insight technology
